Is Aspirin Advisable For Chronic Chest Pain?

hi i have really bad chest pains because of this i started looking for aspirin. of course im not having too much luck. however, i came across a capsule to which i have a feeling it very well could be Aspirin? Its 2 colours half is a really dark red like a burgundy and the other side is yellow, again it is a capsule with an (A) on the one red side and the number (86) on the yellow side? Please can you let me know if its an aspirin or not?
