Pulmonologist 's  Response
thanks for your question
I completely understand your question
complete and certain corner stone of treatment of bronchial asthma is inhaled corticosteroids .
asthalin inhaler is just a symptomatic management
you need to consult a pulmonologist whi can request for a spirometry and history and examination to accurately diagnose the disease and symptoms
accordingly asthma will be categorised and treatment ll be started as per stage
he may prescribe you inhaler of long acting beta 2 agonist and inhaled corticosteroids lkke combination of fluticasone and formoterol which is the main treatment and inhaled drugs have no sideeffects or minimal side effects
so consult a pulmonologist who can guide you further
thanks
feel free to ask more questions
may god bless you with good health
