Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Based on the history your husband seems to be suffering from Sialorrhea (drooling or excessive salivation) associated with Parkinson's disease and he also had triple by pass. It's not safe to take Atropine to treat sialorrhea while having had a triple by pass, because Atropine is known to increase the risk of cardiac arrhythmias in such conditions. He should consult his neurologist for other safer medications like injection of botulinum toxin which is considered to be safe and effective in controlling drooling in patients suffering from heart diseases.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
