Is BP Reading Dipping From 162/102 To 152/100 A Cause For Concern?

My 17 year old son just tried to get a physical done and at the first station his blood pressure was 162/102. They tried taking it again an hour later and that reading was 152/100. They suggested I take him to a doctor to follow up on this. Is this something that I need to do right now or try to schedule an appointment for tomorrow? Please advise. It is 4:13 pm in Hawaii.
