My blood pressure is 147/83 is that high or not??? I have been taking flaxseed and fish oil pills over the counter for vitamins but ever since I ve been taking them I have been having a slight headache. Is that good do I need to stop taking them or whatever!!! I ve already been checked out had blood work done and everything checked out ok!!! So wat could be the problem???
Your systolic BP (147) should not be above 129. This means that you are hypertensive. Therefore, I would advise you to visit your doctor to be started on anti-hypertensive medication. There are dietary approaches to reduce your blood pressure like limiting salt intake, increasing fluid intake and exercising. However, you should get started on the medication with your doctor so that you can monitor your blood pressure and get it under control together.
All the best.
