Is Betnovate-N Good For Face?

Hi Doctor Is betnovate n good for face... I have been using in my teens this cream but not now...actually when i was using this cream I had a good complextion without any facial pimples or pigmentation..now i have dark spots and pigmentation ...does betnovate n can clear this two skin problems or this cream have any side effects ..please let me know can I use this cream to get a clear skin..or what cream should I use to get clear skin

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. I understand your concern. The dark spots you mention in query are due to hyperpigmentation of skin. There are certain factor which trigger cell called melanocytes to produce more melanin which causes dark spots. There factors excessive sun exposure, hormonal changes, stress and certain medicines. Betnovate is not meant for this purpose also it has steroid content which is not good for long term use. I would suggest you to use cream containing ellagic acid (ectract from strawberries) and kojic acid.

These are very effective natural ingredients and are safe for long term use. Use of vitamin C serum will also be very beneficial. If condition doesn't resolve in 3 to 4 weeks then consult dermatologist for proper evaluation of the condition and treatment. Doctor may recommend procedure like chemical peeling , laser therapy and microdermabrassion.
