Is Bigomet-500 Advisable To Treat Pneumonia?

Hi I am 26 years old.I got married 1 year before.I had irregular periods.My height 163 cm and weight 65kg.Thyroid frs normal.After scanning doctor said that I have PCOS and my doctor suggest me to take Bigomet SR 500 for three months.I want to know whether it will help me to make my periods regular?Is there any chance of being pregnant after the course of medicine?
