Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi I m using biluma cream from past week for skin lightening along with screene spf 70 sunscreen but I dnt see any changes. Can I go ahead for some more days to see the change in skin tone. Doctor said me biluma cream s safe n can be used for long term. I want good skin lightening cream without side effects for long time. I m going to get engaged in March 1st week
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your Biluma is a skin lightening cream and contains active ingredients as Kojic Acid and Arbutin and it is a safer depigmentation formula that can be used for long term use.. I would suggest you to continue using the cream and you can continue to use it regularly for the time you want.. It will be helpful although can take some time to show results.. You can also apply Vitamin E gel at night.. Wash your face with salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash.. Exfoliate your skin twice a week.. You can also take Vitamin C supplements.. You can go for treatments like Microdermabrasion and chemical peeling.. You should drink plenty of water and limit sun exposure..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards. Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora.
