Is Bisoprolol Advisable For Paroxysmal Tachycardia And Anxiety?

I have anxiety and a drug related paroxysmal tachycardia. First thing in a morning that last about 1/2 hour rate 110-125. Exceetional tachy about 100-115. I am to start on Bisoprolol and have been given 2.5mg. would a slightly lower dose be better initially. BP 115/75
