Is Bisoproprolol Fumarate (Bicard 10 mg the same as Simvastatin (Simvar) 10mg? My doctor has changed me from the first to the second because he said Simvastatin is a weaker medication and my cholesterol is only slightly elevated now due to careful diet, whereas before it was much higher. I am confused by the 10mg. and wonder how the Simvar is weaker? Thank you for your interest
