Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query.Chericof and bro zedex are both cough syrups.Chericof is for non productive cough and Bro zedex for productive cough with bronchospasm.Usually the cold and fever you got is most likely viral infection like common cold.In such case i advise antihistamines like levocetirizine nasal decongesants like phenylephrine if nasal congestion is there and acetaminophen for fever and body pain.You can take enough fluids, chicken soup, tea with lemon and vitamin C.You should get proper rest also.It will take 5 to 7 days to get complete relief.If any secondary bacterial infection is there then you may need antibiotics.If fever more than 3 days there then check routine blood test and platelet count also to rule out hemorrhagic fever.Nausea is most likely due to gastritis due to viral infection.For that i advise h2 blockers like ranitidine and antiemetic like domperidone.Hope this may help you.
