Is CLA Safflower Oil Advisable While On Ativan And Ropinirole?

I am a 74 year old, overweight lady. I am on 3 blood pressure medications, and a depression med as well as Ativan. I would like to take this CLA Safflower Oil to lose weight and was wondering if it would have any reaction to my meds? I also take repinerol for restless leg syndrome.

Safflower oil interacts with medications that slow blood clotting such aspirin, Clopidogrel (Plavix), Diclofenac (Voltaren, Cataflam, others), Ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, others), Naproxen (Anaprox, Naprosyn, others), Dalteparin (Fragmin), enoxaparin (Lovenox), Heparin, Warfarin (Coumadin)etc.causing easy bruising and bleeding.
It doesn't interact with anti hypertension medication.
