It is known to cause irregular menstruation and untimely ovulation which makes conceiving very difficult. You need to take following measures, if you want to improve the chances of fertility. 1. Weight control by low carbohydrate intake and moderate exercise. 2. Regulation of hormonal imbalance by use of combined birth control pills. 3. Induction of ovulation by use of clomifen citrate and/or metformin. 4. Use of anti-androgenic drug like Spironolactone. Kindly consult Gynecologist with the report for administration of above drugs in proper doses according to your needs by means of clinical work-up. You will need frequent check-ups and regular follow up. Once your periods become regular and you start ovulating in time, it will improve the chances of conceiving.
