Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like allergic reaction, hair follicle infection, contact dermatitis, discoid eczema , erythema nodosum or heat rash. Need not to worry. Calosoft lotion is advisable to avoid itching and fasten recovery. You should wear loose clothes to avoid frictional heat. I would suggest you to apply cold compresses to rashes , apply petroleum jelly , protect them from sun exposure and take antihistamine like benadryl twice a day . If condition does not get well then consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe immunosuppressants along with corticosteroid ointment and antibiotics .
