Human milk is recognized as the optimal feeding for all infants because of its proven health benefits to infants and you as mothers. The World Health organization recommends exclusive human milk feeding for approximately the first six months of life, with continued human milk feeding as complementary foods are introduced. So you should not use formular milk at all during the first six months.
