Is Cetirizine Hydrochloride Tablet Advisable For Itchy Rash, Runny Nose And Watery Eye?
I have developed a rash this past week and a half. It is very itchy . I have a runny nose and watery eyes. Three days after rash developed I was very sick with vomiting. I am now recovered from vomitting, but rash is still persistent and itchy. Should I take Cetirizine Hydrochloride tablets to relieve rash? I have never been diagnosed with allergies
In case of allergic reaction anti-histamines or anti-allergics like Levocetrizine or Cetrizine Hydrochloride can help while other anti allergics like Benadryl or Allegra can also be taken.. You can also apply a steroid ointment over the rashes for relief.. Doing cool compresses can also help. If there is congestion decongestants oral as well as nasal like Phenylephrine or Pseudoephadrine can also be taken..
Hope this information helps.
Thanks and regards. Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora.
