Caretaker for women age 86. She has ALZHEIMERS they tell me to give her the chloraz dipot 3.5 daily or when she becomes confused , ( wants to go home, she's lived in home 67 years) but my question is , I find this is for seizure med. or anxiety . Is this what you call her wanting out the door, running fast to front door and numerous things anxiety? What else or should doctor be told of her doing this more and later part of week? Are their other drugs better controlling of this alzheimer patient?
