Is Cholesterol Level Of 237 With 1.8 Level Of Bilirubins OK ?

Hi, My husband had a routine check up last week.He is 29 years old.His blood test showed 237 mg/dl Cholesterol, 1.8 level of billirubins and APT(SGPT) level was 68. Is this something we should be concern about? Is this can be controlled by the diet?He is now following a strict diet and has started doing exercise regularly.
