Is Chymoral Forte Effective In Treating Chest Pain And Productive Cough?

hi! i m 59 ,male,having trouble of right sided chest pain+ productive cough(coughing with sputum)physically feeling (shortness of breath) ,only on exercise or moving fast or every work where energy applies.it is diagnosed copd and a radiologist reported it as a possibility of lymph adenopathy . but the head of chest diseases of a country wide known hospital, did not agreed with.an other senior doctor told me your lymph nodes are swelling but there is no evidence of lung adenopathy & he prescribed 01 time inject-able then oral use of steroids.my question is here, can i use tab. chymoral forte or danzen ds tabs. instead of oral steroids.most important !i am a patient of hypertension taking amlodipine10mg+atorvastatin 10mg candesartan+ hydrochlorothiazide.
