Is Cipro Advisable For Infection In Prostate Gland?

I have A-fib and high blood pressure. I do take meds for both. Would it be safe to take Cipro drug for an infection dealing with my prostate? Thank you. VN I can t afford to pay for this answer at this time...please disregard my questions. Thanks anyway, have a good evening. VN

Prostatitis is a condition that must be taken serious, and you must take precautions to fully treat it to avoid consequences.
Flourquinolones are a group of broad-spectrum antibacterial drugs that are used to treat Prostatitis. And Cipro is one of them. Usually a four to six week cours of therapy is necessary to recover for any of the symptomes.
There is no identified interaction between Cipro and the drugs used to treat A fib or high blood pressure. So you are free to start use your Ciprofloxacine therapy. Good luck.
