Is Clexane 0.4ml Daily Injection Safe For Pregnant Ladies Expecting Elective C-section?

Hi, my previous baby passed away due to placental abruption one day before due date and had to undergo a C sec and I am pregnant currently and I will have to go for an elective c section this time. Dr has prescribed claxene 0.4ml daily injection for me. Is it safe to take this?Do they need to check clotting time in between? How frequent the clotting time has to be monitored?

It is safe in preggo.
It would however be stopped a few days before your elective cesarean delivery.
