Is Clindamycin Effective In The Treatment Of Osteomyelitis?
what blood test is done to follow how well iv antibiotic clindamycin is fighting an infection (osteomyolitis)? I know they are following wbc, but I can t remember the other blood test which has gone from 14 down to 6. I believe they said that normal is 0 - .01

Hello as per your diagnosis Osteomyelitis (I don't know how)
Firstly clindamycin is not a good antibiotic in osteomyelitis as it is mostly caused by S. Aureus and clindamycin is not effective against s.aureus
Secondly Let your doctor to decide which antibiotics to be given as he better knows your case
