General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Since you have shown poor response with Clindamycin ointment/lotion, it is better to switch to other alternatives. You can take oral antibiotics like Ampiclix or Amoxclav. If the lesion confined to certain areas you can apply antibiotic creams like Mupirocin.
Check your blood sugar level to rule out undetected diabetics.
Consult a dermatologist if symptoms persist.
Thanks
