Is Clonazepam Advisable While On Trika And Alprazolam For Insomnia?
Hi I m a 33 year old Asian female,being suffering from panic disorder since last 3 years.consulted a psychiatrist who prescribed me clonazepam and sertra.lately I have also been suffering from insomnia.haven t yet started taking these medicines but I am on betablockers.occasionally I do take trika alprazolam.what can I do for my insomnia.please help

you need just a beta blocker and a clonazepam and serta twice daily
That will solve your problem.
Try a 2 km walk after your dinner which should tire you enough for a sleep with a glass of milk
