Is Cobadex CZS Advisable For Vitamin B12 Deficiency?

I am a 25 years old boy who is vegetarian but eats eggs and I am noticing plenty of white hairs on my head and beard lately. I heard that it is due to the deficiency of vitamin B12 which is not found in any vegetarian diet. A doctor said Cobadex czs is a good supplement for Vitamin B12 but according to the ingredients of it , the tablet contains more of folic acid than cobalamin. Is this tablet enough for my daily B12 intake to prevent white hair?

Hi,

Yes, cobadex-CZs is advisable for vitamin-B12 deficiency. Cobadex CZs contains folic Acid, niacinamide and vitamin-B12 and is commonly prescribed to treat the deficiencies of the these vitamins. Since vitamin B12 is found in eggs and the recommended daily amount of vitamin B-12 for adults is 2.4 micrograms so cobadex CZs is sufficiency enough to correct the deficiency of vitamin-B12.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
