Is Collyrium Wash Advisable For Cataract Surgery Undergone Eye?

I had cataract surgery a week ago. I was outside 20 minutes ago, and got something in my eye -- it was breezy outside. Should I wash the operated eye with Collyrium or just let it be? Also, I m supposed to put in Tropicamide drops at bedtime (it s almost time). Should I go ahead and use them to dilate the eye?
