Hello,

Since you are not having regular menstruation, you need to first meet a gynae who will help your periods get regular.

You will have to get CBC, urinalysis & required Imaging tests done. Get clinically examined & assessed for ovulation, PCOS or hormone disorders.

You may need medications or other treatment if required (surgery for blocked tubes, IUI, IVF if required).

In the meantime you are suggested to stay away from anxiety, stress or addictions if any. Both the partners should take nutritious food. Seminal fluid examination of your partner should also be done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nupur K, General & Family Physician
