Is Coriminic Syrup Safe For Kid Suffering From Fever And Runny Nose?

Hi doc please help me. My 11 months old daughter has mild fever and a running nose. Tminic drops were not available so the pharmacist has given coriminic syrup instead. Composition says phenylephrine hcl 5mg CPM 1 mg and paracetamol 125 mg. Is this suitable for babies? If yes what s the dosage I should administer?

Its okay as the composition are actual salts used to treat common cold.
And tgey are within pediatric doses only.
So u can use this without any fear.
