Is Cortisone Advisable For Rashes In The Crotch Area?

I have a rash in the crotch area that appeared suddenly and just on the left side. Angry red with an unpleasant smell. I have washed the area with soap and water and dried the area. I then applied a cortisone rash cream. Cleaning the area seemed to give some relief.

you do very well. for your case such initial management was justified. takes about 3 -4 days are gone. if prolonged or turn for the worse you should see a dermatologist.
