Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

As you have pain in the shoulder I will advise undergoing safer therapy with a physiotherapist like - therapeutic ultrasound therapy and TENS therapy. This will help reduce the pain.

Cortisone can be given but when sugar levels are high it's better to avoid. Along with physiotherapy electrical Modalities and exercise therapy should do well.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
