Is Cyclopam Safe To Be Given For Stomach Pain In A Child?
Hello,My child is 7 yrs old and since morning he is suffering from Nausia, Vomitting.In the morning i gave him ONDEM syrup for vomitting. But now he has a stomach pain. For the timing can i give him cyclopam syrup till i get the dr s appointment.

Evaluating the patient for abdominal pain is usually required before prescribing. Cyclopam contains paracetamol which is a pain reliever and dicyclomine which is a spasm reliever. But if the pain is severe and not in the upper part of abdomen, you can give your child a single dose of cyclopam (not to exceed 20mg of dicyclomine).
