Is D-Aspartic Acid Safe For High Blood Pressure Patients?
Is D-Aspartic acid safe for me if I have high blood pressure? Im taking 10 mg of Lisinopril, CLA, I have Thyroid issues also. I also take a pre workout with out the caffeine, Creatine, L-carnitine etc... I take a big stack, but never touch Steroids! I try to workout hard and stay natural! Thank you so much! Also CLA, Creatine, anything else that could mess with my blood pressure please let me know, thanks again!
Aspartic acid is a normal component of protein (like in meat and dairy). As such, it is neither all that helpful and not harmful. You would have to say that meat and dairy are unsafe for a medicine if Aspartate were harmful. Some additives might have some sodium and this might very slightly affect blood pressure. But it is not likely
