Is Dexona Bad For The Heart?

Hello Doctor I am a 21 years old boy. I want to ask that i have taken a health suppliment from my gym coach 3 years ago and used it for two months. I do not have any side effects till now. Later i came to know that they were having dexona in it. Are there consequences to face any heart related problems in future as i have read on internet that these steroids are bad for heart? Thank you

Dexona and other steroids are not good for health as it can cause multiple side effects. Many health supplements contain steroid as an active ingredient and use of such products can cause deleterious effect to body.
You can use steroid free supplements instead.
