Is Diprospan Injection Effective Managing Pain?

I had a kidney removal due to cancer I had a DVT PRIOR (I m a period of a month) July 2016 , July 2017 I get diagnosed with lupus, I m taking prednisone 10ml and lovenox shots 60ml twice a day...I hear n read about diprospan my question is Can I use this injection for my pain?

Disprospan contains betamethasone as active ingredient.Betamethasone is a steroid medication and is not indicated for use in managing pain.
Management of pain include use of pain medications like NSAIDs, tramadol and potent narcotic pain killers like oxycodone,hydrocodone etc.
