Is Dolo Safe During Pregnancy?

Hi I am 32 weeks pregnant. One of my tooth filling has came out and it s paining a lot. It s been 3 days I have taken 4 solo 650 as of now. I have also visited my dentist and she had given me temp filling but the pain is there.can I tale.dolo 650 again? Will this harm my baby anyways?

I really appreciate your concern, in pregnancy it is most advisable to avoid taking all the medicines because this may harm to baby, in your case it is 32 week pregnancy so it may not cause any harm as long as the Acetaminophen is concern, but still care need to be taken, hope this information helps take care and have a nice day.
