Is Domperidone 10mg Advisable For Diarrhea In A Child?
My 8years old girl heavy weight is having mucus like diarrhea for few day. Her stool is bit formed now. No pain, no nausea. Active enough. She have been drinking ORS and water a lot. Should she take lactic acid bacillius powder mix and domperidone10 mg?

Domperidone is given for vomiting and not for diarrhea. Continue ORS and lactobacillus. Conditions like gastroenteritis must be ruled out.
If symptoms persist better to consult a pediatrician and get evaluated. In severe cases, antibiotics may be needed.
