Is Domsal Safe For Diarrhea While On Rantac For Fever To A Child?
My 7 year old son had vomiting 3 times day before yesterday. So I gave home ondem 4 tablet n rant account syrup. He developed some fever in night so I also gave him Crocin syrup. His vomit stopped n he has better yesterday. Though he had only few bites of bread , a glass of apple juice n 3-4 arrowroot biscuits.since yesterday night he is having fever for which I gave him Crocin n now from my midnight he is having loose motions.i gave him ondem once again n rantac syrup too. Should I give him domstal as well? I m from India n traveling to US now. We have a flight to catch in the morning. Please advice.

You have already initiated two antiemetics with anti gastritis properties. giving another drug may be of very little value.. step up the oral fluids though
