I have been seeing a psychiatrist for over almost two years, before taking the prescription medications she prescribed I had never weighted over a 120 pounds ever I am 5 7 and have always been very thin, before seeing my psychiatrist when she prescribed the medications, she stated that these medications can make some one gain weight, I gained 60 pounds in almost 4 1/2 months, then I was taking to the hospital with excruciating pain beneath my breastfeeding cage leading to my upper back, I had to have my gullbladder removed, the Dr stated I had a marble size stone in my bile duct, at this point I m still suffering from my pain in my upper part of my stomach, so the Dr asked to give him a stool sample, the first was inflammation around the rib cage, I am taking alprrazolam 1 MG twice daily,I was on doxepin to help me sleep, which is not helping me sleep, so she slowly detox me off the doxepin, so my question to you, should I take the duloxetine at bedtime? 2 years ago I went through a horrific tragedy that caused me to seek counseling & seeing a psychological help, with I love them both, when I was hospitalized I had pneumonia, a blood infection, emphazema, & inflammation, my stomach has grown so much, I never ever had a stomach, I wore a size 4 in pants, & now I wear shorts, sitting for more than 20 minutes I hurt so bad, they also prescribed me oxycodon 5 mgs taken for pain, I don t take them unless I absolutely need to, I m 58 & very active, I clean was cook, do yard work take care of my elderly mother, make her lunch, dinner, & also care for my grandson, make his lunch, get his cloth ready, make sure he showers take & pick him up for school, this is my life story every day, can you please give me advise?
