Hello dear
Understand your concern
Duphaston tablet is useful to regularize the period. But should be taken under the advice and n the second half of the period.
As you taken early, there may be chance of withdrawal bleeding and early period.
You also find the cause of irregular period after consulting the gynecologist like ovarian cyst, hormonal imbalance, thyroid dysfunction and endometriosis.
You can also take birth control pill to regularize the period.
Do regular exercise and reduce your weight if you are obese, take healthy diet and drink plenty of water.
Hope this may help you

Contact HCM for further health issue.
