Is ECG Showing Deviated Left Axis With Sinus Bradycardia A Cause For Concern?
mild left axix deviation in ECG however TMT and 2D Echo normal. is it OK? initial ECG showed pulse as 56, sinus bradicardiya. second ECG showed pulse as 63. third time it showed 79 with sinus rythim. holter test showed men ECG 73. night mean 68. day mean 76.BP for 24 hrs was always 120/78.
Hello. I have gone through your question. Left axis deviation is mainly caused by left ventricular hypertrophy but as you say your echo is normal, this cannot be the reason for it. It is some times a normal thing, if no other symptoms exist and there are no accompanying ecg changes with it. According to me your ECG is just fine and your holter monitoring seems fine as well. No need to worry. If you have any other queries/question please feel free to ask. Thanks and wish you a healthy life.
