Is EECP Therapy Essential For A Patient With 35 Percent Life Expectancy?

hi my mother has Dialated Cardiomyopathy and also has an AAA that measures 4.7cm and she is stable right now with a little edema in the legs , My question to you is? Is she a candidate for EECP Therapy, her EF is 35% for over a year now. thanking you Margaret.
