Is Elocom Application Safe For Baby S Skin?

hai doctor my baby is 4 months old he has eczema from 1 month after birth.DR prescribed elocom cream and stelatopia moisturising cream.is it safe for elocom to apply on babys skin folds affected with eczema or should i use a milder steroid on these areas
