General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your father seems to be suffering from seizure for which he has been prescribed Epsolin tablet. Epsolin is an anti-convulsant drug which is used to control and/or prevent seizures. It is considered to be safe in a paralytic patient. However, he also seems to be suffering from anemia for which he needs to be properly evaluated to find out the cause of low hemoglobin and its treatment accordingly plus ferrous salts.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
