As per your complain it is true that Evion that contains Vitamin E is helpful in removing dark spots ad lightening the scars but complete removal of pits or holes is not possible with Evion alone or other topical medications and there are certain in office techniques that has to be followed.. There are different types of scars like boxcar scars, rolling margins, waterpick scars and the treatment will depend upon the type of scars.. I would suggest you to consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation will help in proper planing of treatment.. Treatment like Microdermabrasion, microneedling, dermal rollers, excision with elevation, Fractional CO2 lazers etc are different treatment modalities that can help.. In case if there are dark pigmentations also present you can be advised to apply creams containing Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin.. Wash your face with salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash.. You can also continue applying Vitamin E gel.. Take Vitamin C supplements.. Exfoliate your skin twice a week..
