Is Excedrin Safe To Take Post Concussion With Bleeding In Brain?

I had an auto accident on 6/2/2015 & got a concussion with slight bleeding in my brain. I was told not to take any aspirin or other medication containing aspirin because of that. How long do I have to wait before it is safe to take Excedrin? I cannot take Tylenol because it doesn t work. Thanks for answering my question

Hello, I understand your concern & I would try my best to help you. If u had bleeding inside brain, after first 48 hours we can start aspirin, heparin etc medicines if repeat ct/MRI shoes decreased or not any increase in bleeding inside brain, no sign of increased intracranial pressure, no symptoms, no seizures etc. So if it has been more than 48 hours , you can start ur medicines after getting repeat scan & you don't have any neurological symptoms .
