Is femilon help ful in young unmarried girls with small fibroid uterus and with dysmenorrhoea menorrhagia and on diagnostic Laproscopy uterus bulky irregular adherent posterior with both tubes and ovaries not seen. Usg reported only multiple small fibroid.
