Is Femilon Intake Safe And Effective For Heavy And Painful Menstruation?

I m 19 years old .. during my periods(my cycle is fr 5 days), i ve severe pain(fr a period of 5 days) and quite high bleeding (for a period of 3 days)..From past 3 years i ve been taking meftal spas pill..but as it is a effect to my kidneys i ve stopped it now n as per my docter s advice i ve been taking femilon pill from past 12 days..so is it fine if i continue wit femilon pill? ....also wat r the side effects tat can be caused ( like weight gain(appox hw many KG s) or SOMEOTHER EFFECTS tat can harm me...can i continue wit femilon pill( i m not in any relationship)...PLZ TELL ME WHETHER HOMEOPATHY MEDICINE CAN REDUCE MY PAIN AS AN HOMEOPATHY DOCTOR AS ASSURED ME BEFORE2 MONTHS??

Hello,

I think taking contraception pills such femilion can reduce pain because it puts your ovaries at rest and not working so that they can't cause pain.

Also taking pain medications such as mefenamic acid at the beginning of menstruations can help you cope better with the pain.
