Hi Bhatt, welcome to H.C.M.Forum. Fertyl. m tablet can improve the sperm count, sexual urge and timng may not have direct effect. for that you try to be fit by having balanced diet. eat proteine rich, fat rich food, green leafy vegetables to increase blood.take fruits, and juices. thank you.
