Is Fioricet Intake Safe For Rheumatoid Arthritis?

Hi, I have been taking fioricet for RA, I know it is a migraine med & that s how I found out it works so well-by accident. Is this a bad thing? My dr is ok with it, as I have been on fentinol patches (too scary) & they have tried gabbapentin, cymbalta, injections, narcotics, tramadol, but this is what works.
