Is Flexeril Similar To Parafon Forte?
I have many allergies and my dr ordered me to take either the muscle relaxer pill I already have Parafon Forte and she ordered Flexeril for me if I had run out of Parafon Forte. Do they do they pretty much the same thing? I have a muscle pulled in my neck that is causing neck and head pain, If it s the same i will not take a chance with the flexeril. The pharmacist looked at my list of allergies and thought that I wasnt allergic to anything similar.

Parafon Forte is containing Chlorzoxazone a centrally acting muscle relaxant. Flexeril which contains cyclobenzaprine also a centrally acting muscle relaxant. So both are similar in action. Therefore should be able to offer similar relief from muscle pain. I hope your doubt is clarified. Thanks
